Libgen Update for GNU ARM Embedded Toolchains v1.2020.02
========================================================
Libgen Update for GNU ARM Embedded Toolchains is a tool used to build newlib specific libraries. Instead of a "prebuild" version of a library (a library built with a set configuration when the toolchain is created), the Libgen Update allows an user to have his own "projectbuild" library building configuration, using a custom set of options.
The tool verifies the <toolchain_installation_path>\arm-none-eabi\include\_newlib_version.h file, for the #define _NEWLIB_VERSION <VER> macro. Based on that macro, the right version of the newlib sources are deployed from the installer.

1. [Feature] - ARM Toolchains built with newlib 3.3.0 are now supported

KNOWN ISSUES
------------
1. The Launchpad 8 2018-q4-major toolchain showcases some issues with the objcopy utility. Until the issues are fixed, please use this toolchain instead: https://github.com/gnu-mcu-eclipse/arm-none-eabi-gcc/releases/tag/v8.2.1-1.2.

2. The Optlib library is considered deprecated. We recommend using only newlib as the default building library.
