お待たせして大変申し訳ありません。
残念ですが、RL78ツールチェーンでは、メモリモデルを（デフォールトの"near"モデルから"far"モデルに）変更することはできません。
その代わりに、 下記の例のように、"__far" 属性を変数宣言に追加することができます。
int __far *foo;
この変数は、"__far" アドレス空間に設定されます。
